I’m Sales Director of C-Clear Partners. During my studies to become a master in computer sciences I realized that my true passion was and is understanding and improving business processes. When I started my first CRM project I was eager to start designing these processes, but I quickly understood that it is not possible to provide valuable input on business processes if you don’t know the industry or the tool that you’re implementing. I started focusing on the technical aspect of CRM, became a functional analyst, Project Manager and Program Manager. Today I’m specialized in roadmap and package selection studies. These studies allow me to learn a lot in a short time and provide an excellent opportunity to help our customers shape their CRM vision.
