My career took off in a production environment nowhere close to the IT world. But quickly I found myself triggered by process optimizations, which soon became my expertise. First in general, later combined with IT systems. Meanwhile I can rely on over 10 years of experience as a CRM professional. Having had the opportunity of working for several multi-nationals in all areas of an organization: sales, marketing, supply chain and HR; I learned the “ins & outs” of their business processes/communication. Being able to communicate in this environment enables me to deliver high-quality work and operate in many different roles: project manager, functional architect, … . But always in close collaboration with change management, as it is one of the key factors to success, targeting the 1+1=3 rule.
