The challenge

This Global Medical Device company was seeking advice to manage different aspects of their CRM Portfolio and Roadmap. The complexity of the IT landscape and absence of a global governance & approach was causing the regions and local countries to use different tools and processes, thus having a significant impact to the maintenance cost and ROI of these investments.

The solution

By providing guidance and advice for several salesforce.com projects and roll-outs, we are helping our customer to achieve their long term platform ambitions. Some of these projects include implementation of a device tracker solution for several countries, a patient management solution using Salesforce Health Cloud to help nurses manage home patients and several other initiatives. One of the biggest projects will be the Design and implementation of a global Customer Service solution.

In each of these roles C-Clear Partners & the customer are working as one team to drive adoption and to continuously improve both platform and processes.
