I am a junior CRM consultant in Salesforce. I graduated in Applied Economic Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. From the beginning I have always been very interested in business processes and automation. I worked for three years in the energy sector where I learned the importance of a CRM program to integrate Sales and Service management. Now I want to go to the fullest to help other companies increase their efficiency by using my experience as a user and focusing on listening what a client really needs.
