I am a functional CRM consultant helping organizations to rethink how they connect with their customers. I studied bio-engineering and worked in different roles in business applications, of which many years in CRM.

My commitment is to help customers design and implement sales and service experiences in a way the process is fluent and easy-to-understand. I am convinced in-depth knowledge of the CRM-tool is key in making this a success.

This works best in agile environments where respect for people and culture is important.

After work I love to spend time with family and friends, go rowing and make bike trips, in combination with good food and drinks.
