I’m a functional CRM Consultant at C-Clear Partners with a main focus on the Salesforce platform. At the University of Hasselt, I graduated in “Applied Economic Sciences” majoring “Marketing”. During my major in marketing, I created a new mindset concerning the relationships between the company, the product and the customer. A company never sells a product to a customer. It provides a value which the customer is in need of (aware or unaware), with a product as a result. This idea is what attracted me to start a career in Customer Relationship Management. In this way, I’m able to share my passion for customer centricity with others. Beside my professional life, I enjoy playing football and spending time with friends and family.
