I’m a CRM consultant with vast experience on different CRM platforms. After graduating as an industrial engineer, I started a career in IT and quickly discovered an interest in information systems and a passion for CRM. I am fascinated by the challenge to match business and user requirements to the system and application features and functions. My drive for continuous process improvement combined with my technical background makes me well-suited for liaising between business and IT, and operate in both technical and functional roles.
