I’m a Microsoft CRM consultant focusing on business analysis and functional design. Since 2008, I’ve been working as a CRM professional in banking, retail and in the  public sector. Creating solutions that match the customer needs, while developing my experience in sales, marketing and customer experience is my source of motivation.

I like to spend time with my family, go swimming and play waterpolo. And as a CoderDojo coach, I try to kindle an interest for IT in the youngsters of Dendermonde.
