Thanks to my past experiences in customer service and career counselling, I learned the importance of both listening to people and working alongside them and being able to deliver the best service to the customer thanks to an intuitive CRM system. As a functional CRM Consultant on the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform, I’m able to combine these experiences with an interest in IT that was always there. I like it when customers challenge me to think creatively or outside the box and use my problem-solving skills to come up with a solution that fits their needs, and by which they can provide their customers with the highest amount of value.

Beside work, I love playing music, spending time with my family and friends, and going on walks with my dog.
