I set the foundation for my professional career by graduating as a business engineer with an additional master in marketing. I am a functional consultant experienced in multiple CRM solutions and worked across numerous industries (manufacturing, pharma, amusement, utilities,…) for more then 10 years. In a world where a seamless customer experience is key for business success, CRM becomes more than a customer data base. I believe that CRM in combination with marketing technology can be a key differentiator for our customers.
