I’m a functional CRM consultant at C-Clear Partners. During my studies Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp I realized that the courses about functional and system analysis were of great interest to me. My personal interest in project management, investing, IT, and blockchain provides a useful addition to having a clear and broad view on a project environment. In a world that puts ever increasing importance on the full customer journey, and not just the product, it is important to keep track of your customer’s data and preferences. A well implemented and used CRM system will do just that. As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant, together with my team we aim at giving you the best possible chance of creating value from your customer data. Besides my work I can often be found at concerts or playing strategic games.
