I graduated in “Applied Informatics” and “Marketing” and with that combination I took the advantage of becoming a competent CRM consultant in my professional career. My focus lies on the technical aspect of CRM. With over 8 years of CRM experience and projects in many different industries with several tools, I’m able to play several roles such as a developer, administrator or service manager. I also like to coach other people, spending time to give training to new ones and eager to learn new things myself. I’m very punctual, reaching deadlines on time, like to work in a structural way without chaos. The customer can always count on me! In my personal life I like to spend time with my wife and kids, play volleyball and travelling.
