I’m a CRM consultant with a broad experience of CRM, having worked on several different platforms and verticals. During my career I came in contact with the full scope of CRM processes (Sales, Services and Marketing). On top I’ve participated in several integration projects with different solution areas (ERP, archiving, planning, web). These experiences allow me to take up many different roles such as Project Management and Functional Analyst. My focus lies on Change and Service Management in large and small teams in both local as international environments.
