The complexity of the IT landscape and absence of a global governance & approach was causing the regions and local countries to use different tools and processes, thus having a significant impact to the maintenance cost and ROI of these investments.

Our long history with this customer gave us the foundation of a solid understanding of the Medical Device industry and good view on its future challenges. By providing various services we are developing the CRM roadmap together with this customer. Our services include both managing ongoing projects, designing future solutions and as well developing and implementing them together with in-house resources.
